Common questions

How do I sign in to my account?

Use the Sign in link on your site. If you've forgotten your password, use Forgot password to reset it by email. If you never received the reset email, check your spam folder, then email us.

How do I add or edit listings?

Manage your listings from Manage Listings in your dashboard — add a property, upload photos, and set status (active, sold, off-market). Listings imported automatically from connected sources appear here too; you can edit any of their details, and your edits are preserved on the next import.

Where do I find my leads and messages?

Your Dashboard is home for your business: the leads pipeline (drag leads through stages), buyer messages, and your task list all live there. New enquiries from buyers browsing your site arrive as leads and messages you can reply to in one place.

How do I manage showings and tours?

Showing requests from your listings collect under Showings, where you can confirm, reschedule, or cancel them. Buyers you're working with can also follow shared tours you put together.

How do I control the emails I receive?

Set which lead, message, and task notifications reach you by email — and which stay in-app — from your Notification Preferences.

How do I customise my site's branding?

Site branding — your hero image, logo, colours, favicon, and homepage sections — is managed by your account administrator from the Admin Panel's Theme and Pages tabs. If you're not sure who administers your site, email [email protected].
